Ownership

The SureSoft® name and mark, and the SureSoft logo, are owned by SureSoft LLC. SureSoft has used the SureSoft name and mark in commerce since 1996. SureSoft® is a registered trademark in the jurisdictions listed below. SureSoft LLC also owns common-law rights in its SureSoft name and mark in numerous other jurisdictions where SureSoft LLC conducts business. All goodwill arising from use of the SureSoft name and mark in connection with SureSoft LLC's software and services inures to the sole benefit of SureSoft LLC.

SureSoft® is a registered trademark of SureSoft LLC in the following jurisdictions:

Product trademarks

The following product names are trademarks of SureSoft LLC: Athena Prism™, Apollo Refinery™, Daedalus DataMint™, Chiron Academy™, Hermes Nexus™, and Hephaestus Forge™. These marks identify SureSoft LLC products and services and may not be used without written permission.

Permitted use

You may use the word "SureSoft" in plain text — without the logo — to refer truthfully to SureSoft LLC or its products and services, for example in news reporting, commentary, or a factual statement of compatibility or interoperability. Any such use must not suggest that SureSoft sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with you, your products, or your services, and must not be more prominent than your own name and branding.

Use that requires written permission

The following uses are not permitted without the prior written consent of SureSoft LLC:

• Using the SureSoft name or any product name in your own company name, product name, service name, domain name, social-media handle, or logo.
• Using the SureSoft logo or any stylized form of the marks.
• Using the marks in any way that suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from SureSoft.
• Altering, abbreviating, translating, or combining the marks with other words or designs.
• Registering the marks — or any confusingly similar mark — as a trademark, domain name, or business name.

Permission requests and reporting misuse

To request permission to use a SureSoft trademark, or to report a suspected misuse or infringement, contact SureSoft at legal@suresoft.com with “Trademark” in the subject line.

Enforcement

SureSoft actively monitors the use of its trademarks and enforces its rights against unauthorized use. Using the SureSoft name or marks — including in a domain name, company name, product name, social-media handle, or in any manner likely to cause confusion or to suggest affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement — without written permission may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or cybersquatting, and may be pursued to the full extent available under applicable law. SureSoft reserves all rights and remedies.
